What’s an ERA?
ERA’s (Electronic Remittance Advice) are essentially the electronic version of the EOB’s (Explanation of Benefits) you have probably been manually entering for years now.
Once ERA is enabled, your remittance advice will automatically appear in you’re My Clients Plus account under Electronic EOBs. Then you can automatically post them to client accounts with just a few clicks of the mouse. That means no more manual posting!
How do I get started?
You can see a full list of the providers that offer ERA’s by following the steps below to pre-enroll.
- Click on the Resources button next to the login button on our homepage, then click Reference Materials.
- Under “Electronic Remittance Sign-up”, click on “ERA Sign-up forms”, and select each insurance company you bill to, and follow the instructions on the link.
To process your ERA’s follow the steps in the ERA User Guide. This user guide will show you how to process your ERA’s once you’re enrolled with the insurance companies.
